K-CRM privacy notice
Your data and your workspace.
This notice explains how K-CRM handles information used to provide the service. For privacy questions or requests, contact keiron@comparethenetworks.com.
Account information
We store your name, email, a salted password hash, a hashed recovery code, workspace memberships and session records. Your password and recovery code are not stored as plain text. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; they expire after seven days.
Information you put in the CRM
Your business decides which contact details, notes, tasks, files, deals, projects and tickets to enter and who to invite. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to hold this information and for keeping it relevant. Do not store payment card numbers, passwords or highly sensitive records in CRM fields.
Providing the service
Workspace data is stored by our hosting and database providers. Access is checked against workspace membership on the server. This is shared cloud infrastructure; a separate workspace does not mean a dedicated physical server. Technical processing may take place outside your country.
Billing
Our payment provider handles card details, billing addresses, tax details and payment transactions. K-CRM stores payment-customer and subscription references, plan status and user-seat quantity. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Operational records
We keep records of selected changes, exports and authentication attempts to operate and protect the service. Authentication rate-limit keys use hashed values and expire. Operational providers may retain request metadata according to their service settings.
Retention and control
You can export contact data and restore contacts moved to trash. Trash is recoverable storage, not permanent erasure. Expired trials retain read and contact-export access. To request full workspace export, account closure, correction, deletion or details of our current service providers and processing arrangements, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the workspace. Legal or billing retention requirements can apply.
Demo and cookies
The public demo uses fictional records. Demo edits are held in memory for that visit and reset on reload. We do not add advertising or behavioural analytics to this initial release. Essential session cookies do not require optional tracking to work.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain a copy of personal information and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
